Return & Refund Policy

All our candles are handmade, from attaching the wick to packing them for dispatch. Weather changes, time, travel - all impact natural products. If you receive a candle that you don't like, or is faulty, please contact us for a full refund or exchange!

If you receive a damage/broken candle and complain within 14 days of purchase we will replace it or can offer a refund as well. If you'd like to change the purchased scent( and haven't lit the candle), we can exchange it within 15 days of purchase, and you will be charged for delivery.
