About

The Karachi Candle Company is Pakistan’s first scented soy wax candle company. Founded by child hood best friends and ardent nerds, Sana Sajun and Neha Mashooqullah in 2015, KCC has evolved from a small start up to a multinational company. We believe in making beautiful things, and we believe in our city.

Neha Mashooqullah

Neha holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Macalester College, and was previously affiliated with the film and television industry. Neha currently works at the Karachi Candle Company as a Founding Partner, where she focuses on candle production, business development and corporate communications.

Sana Sajun

Sana holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and works on mental health research in developing countries at Queen Mary University in London. Along with being a public health professional, Sana is also a Founding Partner at the Karachi Candle Company. She combines her scientific training with her passion for handmade crafts by spearheading research and developing new fragrances and ranges. She is also currently working to expand KCC’s presence in the UK.
